Part One
Step 1) Log in to Facebook as an admin of your Fan Page.
Step 2) Navigate to the application Canvas Page. ("Live Video" on our Facebook Page)
Step 3) On the bottom left of the App Page, where it says "Built By Ustream," click Ustream
Step 4) Beneath the Go to Application button, click Add to my Page
Step 5) In the popup, click Add to Page next to the page you want the application on
Step 6) Go to your Fan Page
Step 7) Click the + Tab at the top of your Fan Page to the right
Step 8) Select Ustream in the list of apps
Step 9) Click on the Ustream tab, drag and drop it along the top area of your Profile to reorder the tabs
Part Two
To set the Ustream Tab as the Default:
1) Log in to Facebook as an administrator of your fan page
2) Go to your fan page
3) click Edit Page
4) click on the pencil icon to the right of Wall Settings
5) change "Default Landing Tab for Everyone Else:" to "Ustream"
